Prior to Documents being sent out for service, Payment must be made by credit card or proof that payment is in process by providing a scanned check and confirmation that the check is being mailed along with acceptance of terms and conditions.
The fee for routine service attempts at one address to one individual or business entity starts at 75.00 (up to 20 pages no print fee, any amount above is .25 per page). This fee covers up to 4 attempts at one address and includes a notarized proof of service or non service. If you need multiple documents served to the same person at the same address, each additional service is half price per service plus .25 per page for printing any pages above 20. Routine Service is an attempt within 7 days after receipt of the service, acceptance of terms and payment or proof of payment is made.
