Routine Service $135.00 (Up to three (3) attempts on different days at different times within eight (8) days First attempt within 48 hours) Rush Service $175.00 (Up to three (3) attempts on different days at different times within four (4) days First attempt within 24 hours) Same Day Service $220.00 (Up to two (2) attempts on the same day at different times and two (2) attempts next day)

We receive this request for Service with the true understanding that it is for legal and lawful purposes and will not be held responsible for any and all damages, claims and/or legal actions that may result in carrying out this request. Furthermore, we do not guarantee service will be successful. Once a request has been made, service is deemed in effect and therefore billable. There are NO REFUNDS, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. By completing this form, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this service agreement.
