Routine service in our normal coverage area $89.00 (See Terms of Service for RVB Service Area) 24 Hour Rush Service $139.00 (First attempt within 24 hours of receipt of documents) Sameday Service $189.00 (First attempt on same day that documents are received. Documents must be received by 3 p.m. for same day service. ) Additional defendant at same address $25.00 Cuyahoga County $99.00 (Service in the Cleveland Metro Area) Montgomery County $99.00 (Service in the Dayton, Ohio Metro Area ) Landlord Tennant Documents $50.00 (Notices to Tennant ) Field Audit / Occupancy Inspection $50.00 (3 Photos and address verification from the curb with noted occupancy indicators.)

A print fee of $.15 per page will be charged for documents in excess of 10 pages. Please fill out all information completely, this will populate our "Return of Service" Affidavit. Example, include court name, case number, defendant, plaintiff, and all other pertinent information if available. Landlords, this information is not required.
