Service Commencement and Payment Requirements:
Please note that work may not begin, may be paused, and/or proof of service may not be issued until the full balance is paid.

Assumption of Service Request:
Once files are submitted to our office, it is understood that you are requesting us to begin work on your case. Data entry and service preparation will commence promptly.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a service after it has begun, a cancellation fee of $10.00 may apply, with the fee potentially increasing depending on the stage of the process. Once server has made their first attempt at the address there are no refunds of the service fee. Extra fees not used such as stakeout deposit/extra hours, witness fees, court fees not yet paid would be returned.

Late Payment and Discounts:
In the rare event that an invoice is issued after service completion, any discounts applied will be forfeited and the invoice will revert to the full price if payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, a 1% per month late fee may be assessed, and you would inherit any costs in relation to collection, or a court action that results from an unpaid invoice.
