Routine Process Service — $125

Routine process service includes:

Up to three service attempts at one address within Westchester County, New York.

Service upon one named individual or entity.

Initial service attempt within five business days of assignment acceptance.

Preparation and delivery of an affidavit or affirmation of service or attempted service, as applicable.

Printing of up to 30 black-and-white pages.

Additional Terms: Routine service does not guarantee successful service. Additional addresses, attempts beyond the first three, rush or same-day service, skip tracing, and other investigative services are subject to additional fees.

Printing Fees: Documents exceeding 30 pages will incur an additional printing fee. JEMS Investigations will contact the client for approval of additional charges before proceeding.

Landlord-Tenant Matters: Landlord-tenant proceedings, including eviction-related notices and court papers, are not included in routine process-service pricing. Please contact JEMS Investigations for a customized quote before submitting an assignment.

Stakeout / Difficult Service — $125 per Hour

Stakeout services are billed at $125 per hour, with a two-hour minimum ($250). Additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.

Stakeout services are not included in routine process-service pricing and must be approved in advance. Successful service is not guaranteed.

Assignments requiring service within fewer than five business days must be approved in advance and will be subject to rush pricing.
