SAME DAY CUTOFF: Same Day Rush orders must normally be submitted, paid, complete, and accepted by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for a same day first attempt. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges. Call 1-888-462-2714 before submitting after the standard cutoff.
IMPORTANT: Same Day Rush refers to the timing of the first service attempt and does not guarantee successful service that day. The service includes up to three attempts at one address when reasonable and appropriate.
PRINTING: There is no printing charge for a document set of 50 pages or fewer. If the document set exceeds 50 pages, printing is charged at $0.20 per page for the entire document set. Applicable printing charges must be paid before the documents are released for service.
BASIC ADDRESS UPDATE: A Basic Address Update is available for an additional $75. If requested, enter BASIC ADDRESS UPDATE in the Service Instructions. We will invoice the additional amount before the assignment is released.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE AT SAME ADDRESS: This option may be used only for an additional recipient or separate set of documents that can be served during the same outing as a separately submitted full priced service order at the same address.
SERVICE SCOPE: Unless specifically stated otherwise, the selected service covers one recipient at one address and up to three service attempts when reasonable and appropriate. Same Day refers only to the timing of the first attempt. Attempts may stop before three attempts if further attempts are not reasonably expected to succeed. Service at a new or different address requires a new service fee unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional recipients, addresses, printing, wait time, parking, tolls, mailing, government fees, special scheduling, additional attempts, or other work outside the selected service may require additional payment. Special Circumstances fees are $50 for Level 1 and $100 for Level 2 when unusual coordination, extensive communications, unusual document handling, difficult access, special scheduling, or materially greater administrative handling is required.
PAYMENT, RESULTS AND CANCELLATION: Payment is for the professional services ordered and is not contingent upon successful service or any particular legal outcome. If an order is cancelled before the first service attempt, a $50 cancellation and administrative fee applies. Once a service attempt begins, the full service fee is earned and nonrefundable.
COURT DEADLINES: Court dates, hearing dates, response dates, statutes of limitation, and other deadlines supplied by you are informational unless Freestate Investigations expressly accepts a specific completion requirement in writing.

ORDER AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: By completing and submitting this order and providing payment information, you acknowledge the service selected, the amount charged, the service scope, cancellation and refund terms stated above, and Freestate Investigations' Terms of Service. You authorize Freestate Investigations to charge the payment method provided for the service selected. Any later additional charges requiring approval will be separately communicated before being charged.
