PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED: You must call Freestate Investigations at 1-888-462-2714 and receive approval before submitting an On Demand Service order.
ON DEMAND SERVICE: On Demand Service is intended for one specifically scheduled attempt during a date or service window confirmed by our office. Availability depends on location, requested time, travel requirements, access conditions, and server availability. Additional attempts are not included unless separately authorized and paid. Submission without prior approval does not guarantee acceptance of the requested date or time.
PRINTING: There is no printing charge for a document set of 50 pages or fewer. If the document set exceeds 50 pages, printing is charged at $0.20 per page for the entire document set. Applicable printing charges must be paid before the documents are released for service.
BASIC ADDRESS UPDATE: A Basic Address Update is available for an additional $75. If requested, enter BASIC ADDRESS UPDATE in the Service Instructions. We will invoice the additional amount before the assignment is released.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE AT SAME ADDRESS: This option may be used only when another recipient or set of documents can be handled during the same approved scheduled outing.
SERVICE SCOPE: On Demand Service covers one scheduled attempt for one recipient at one address during the date or service window confirmed by Freestate Investigations. Additional attempts, recipients, new addresses, extended wait time, or changes to the confirmed scheduling requirements require additional authorization and fees.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Extended wait time, additional recipients, additional addresses, printing, parking, tolls, or work outside the approved service may require additional payment. Special Circumstances fees are $50 for Level 1 and $100 for Level 2.
PAYMENT, RESULTS AND CANCELLATION: Payment is for reserved scheduling, dispatch, travel, service effort, and professional services and is not contingent upon successful service or the recipient being present. If an order is cancelled before the scheduled service attempt, a $50 cancellation and administrative fee applies. Once the server is dispatched or the scheduled attempt begins, the full service fee is earned and nonrefundable.

ORDER AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: By completing and submitting this order and providing payment information, you acknowledge the service selected, the amount charged, the service scope, cancellation and refund terms stated above, and Freestate Investigations' Terms of Service. You authorize Freestate Investigations to charge the payment method provided for the service selected. Any later additional charges requiring approval will be separately communicated before being charged.
