ADDITIONAL FEES: Research requiring materially greater investigation, identity resolution, extensive record comparison, or additional administrative handling may require a Special Circumstances fee of $50 for Level 1 or $100 for Level 2.
PAYMENT, RESULTS AND CANCELLATION: Payment is for research performed and is not contingent upon locating the subject or producing a particular result. If an order is cancelled before research begins, a $50 cancellation and administrative fee applies. Once research begins, the applicable research fee is earned and nonrefundable.
