NATIONWIDE PROCESS SERVICE: Freestate Investigations coordinates Nationwide Process Service through qualified local process servers throughout the United States.
ROUTINE NATIONWIDE: The first attempt is generally targeted within seven business days after the assignment is accepted by the local serving office.
3 DAY RUSH NATIONWIDE: The first attempt is generally targeted within three business days after the assignment is accepted by the local serving office.
SAME DAY NATIONWIDE: Availability varies by jurisdiction, location, travel distance, and local server availability. You must call 1-888-462-2714 and receive approval before submitting a Same Day Nationwide assignment. Nationwide timeframes are service targets and are not guarantees.
PRINTING: There is no printing charge for a document set of 50 pages or fewer. If the document set exceeds 50 pages, printing is charged at $0.20 per page for the entire document set. Applicable printing charges must be paid before the documents are released for service.
BASIC ADDRESS UPDATE: A Basic Address Update is available for an additional $50. If requested, enter BASIC ADDRESS UPDATE in the Service Instructions. We will invoice the additional amount before releasing the assignment.
SERVICE SCOPE: Nationwide pricing covers one recipient at one address unless otherwise stated. Nationwide assignments may be performed by an independent local process server coordinated by Freestate Investigations.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional recipients, addresses, attempts, remote travel, special scheduling, local court requirements, witness fees, mailing, printing, or unusual requirements may result in additional fees. Special Circumstances fees are $50 for Level 1 and $100 for Level 2.
PAYMENT, RESULTS AND CANCELLATION: Payment is for professional coordination and service efforts and is not contingent upon successful service. If an order is cancelled before substantive coordination begins, a $50 cancellation and administrative fee applies. Once substantive coordination or service activity begins, the applicable service fee is earned and nonrefundable.
COURT DEADLINES: Court dates, hearing dates, response dates, statutes of limitation, and other deadlines supplied by the client are informational unless Freestate Investigations expressly accepts a specific completion requirement in writing.
ORDER AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: By completing and submitting this order and providing payment information, you acknowledge the service selected, the amount charged, the service scope, cancellation and refund terms stated above, and Freestate Investigations' Terms of Service. You authorize Freestate Investigations to charge the payment method provided for the service selected. Any later additional charges requiring approval will be separately communicated before being charged.
