Please complete the form below to request courthouse document retrieval, court records, or certified copies. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received and entered into our system.

Recipient Name: Courthouse or records office name.

Recipient Address: Physical courthouse or records location address.

Court Information: Court name, county, state, case number, plaintiff, and defendant.

Recipient Description: Generally not required for document retrieval requests.

Specific filing dates when available

Whether certified copies are needed

If requesting the full file, clearly state "ENTIRE FILE"

Please also upload a PDF copy of the docket entries or case search results whenever possible under "Upload Service Documents." This helps us verify filings before retrieval and avoid delays or duplicate charges.

Retrieved documents are generally emailed after the process server returns to the office, which may occur after normal business hours.

IMPORTANT COURT COPY FEES

Most courts charge $0.50 per page for copies and $5.00 per certified document. These fees are separate from the retrieval fee and will be invoiced once documents are retrieved and page counts are confirmed.

Routine Document Retrieval $95.00 (Document retrievals are typically completed within approximately 5 business days of receipt.) 2 Day Rush Document Retrieval $140.00 (Attempted retrieval within approximately 2 business days.) Same Day RUSH Document Retrieval before Noon $180.00 (Requests received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are generally attempted the same business day.) Same Day RUSH Document Retrieval after Noon $250.00 (Requests received after 12:00 PM Eastern Time may be handled the following business day depending on courthouse operations and staffing availability.)

IMPORTANT SAME DAY RUSH NOTICE: Due to the extreme rush nature of Same Day Rush Document Retrieval requests, you MUST call our office prior to submitting the order to verify courthouse availability, staffing, and cutoff times. Same Day Rush availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our office.
