1. Pick your service speed below in the service list
2. You will receive:

• A confirmation email once your order is received
• A separate invoice for payment
• Email updates regarding service attempts

KEY POLICIES:

• Prepayment is required before service attempts begin
• One individual or business entity per address. Need multiple defendants? Submit separate orders.
• One court case number per order
• Documents must be uploaded in PDF format

• Standard coverage: Long Beach, Lakewood, Carson, Compton, Torrance, Gardena, San Pedro, Wilmington, Paramount, Harbor City, Bellflower, Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens. Other cities +$50.00.

SERVICE DETAILS

• Up to 4 service attempts are included
• Attempts are generally made between 8 AM and 8 PM
• Service is not guaranteed, but diligent attempts will be made
• Updates are provided by email throughout the process

DOCUMENTS & FORMS

• Proof of Service/Affidavit provided after successful service
• Declaration of Non-Service/Diligence provided if service cannot be completed
• Please allow up to 72 hours after completion for document processing

PRINTING FEES

Rates include up to 20 pages.
Additional pages: $0.20 per page.

A formatting fee may apply to improperly submitted documents.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available after the first service attempt.

If canceled before the first attempt:
• Printing costs ($0.20/page) will be deducted
• A $25 cancellation fee will apply
