IMPORTANT: PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS
****The rates listed below are for serving ONE INDIVIDUAL or ONE BUSINESS ENTITY per address provided.
Each submitted order should name ONE INDIVIDUAL or ONE BUSINESS NAME per address ONLY.
PRINTING FEE: The RATES listed below apply to orders of 20 pages or less. The PRINTING COST after 20 pages is $0.20 per page.
PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS IN PDF FORMAT FOR SMOOTH PROCESSING.
AN INVOICE WITH THE FINAL TOTAL FOR SERVICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR ORDER.
Attempts WILL NOT START until payment is made.
**** Up to four Attempts will be made for each order type. We can attempt to serve documents seven days a week, unless court rules say otherwise. Attempts are generally made between 8 AM and 7:30 PM. Updates will be provided by email.
IMPORTANT: Service of documents is NOT GUARANTEED, but DILIGENCE will be made to effect service.
**** A Proof of Service (POS)/Affidavit form will be provided to you if the documents are served.
A Declaration of Non-Service/Diligence will be provided if service of documents cannot be completed after multiple attempts.
These forms must be filed with the court upon receipt.
PLEASE allow UP TO 72 HOURS AFTER the completion of the order to receive this document.
****FEE ADVANCEMENT (Subpoenas/Filing Fees): If Fees need to be paid in person on your behalf, a $10 fee is charged for amounts up to $50 in fee advancement, $25 for amounts between $50 and $100, and so on.
You will also need to cover any credit card fees that may be deducted, if applicable.
**** REFUNDS WILL NOT be given after the first attempt.
If the order is canceled before an attempt is made, the printing cost for ALL PAGES WITHIN THE ORDER ($0.20/page) and a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded.
