**PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS**
****The rates below are for serving ONE INDIVIDUAL or ONE BUSINESS PER ADDRESS PROVIDED.
Each submitted order should ONLY name ONE INDIVIDUAL or ONE BUSINESS NAME per address.
The RATES listed below are for documents that are 20 pages or less. The PRINTING COST after 20 pages is $0.20 per page.
AN INVOICE WITH THE FINAL TOTAL WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR ORDER. Attempts WILL NOT START until payment is made.
**** Up to 4 Attempts will be made for each order type. We can attempt to serve documents 7 days a week unless court rules say otherwise. Attempts are made between the hours of 8 AM to 7:30 PM.
**** Service of documents is NOT GUARANTEED but DILIGENCE will be made to get the documents served.
****FEE ADVANCEMENT (Subpoenas/Filing Fees): If Fees need to be paid on your behalf, there is a $5 fee charged for up to $50; $10 charged from $50 - $100;
**** A Proof of Service (POS)/Affidavit will be provided if the documents are served. A Declaration of Non-Service will be provided if the service of documents cannot be completed after multiple attempts. These need to be filed with the court once received.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS to receive this document AFTER the completion of service.
**** REFUNDS WILL NOT be given after the first attempt.
If the order is canceled before an attempt is made, the printing cost for ALL PAGES WITHIN THE ORDER ($0.20/page) and a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded.
