The rates below are for serving ONE INDIVIDUAL/BUSINESS PER ADDRESS PROVIDED. Each order that is submitted should only name ONE INDIVIDUAL/BUSINESS.
The RATES listed below are for documents that are 20 pages or less. The PRINTING COST after 20 pages is $0.20 per page.
AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR ORDER. Attempts will not start until payment is made.
*** A Proof of Service/Affidavit will be provided if the documents are served.
A Declaration of Non-Service will be provided if the service of documents cannot be completed after multiple attempts.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS to receive this document after completion of service. ***
**** REFUNDS WILL NOT be given after the first attempt has been made. If the order is canceled before an attempt is made, the printing cost for all pages ($0.20/page) & a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order amount.
