Prices may Very depending on Availability of Servers. We will inform you if prices are different prior to performing service.

Printing Fees: $0.55 per page for B&W and $0.80 per page for Color

Rush Service to be attempted within 3 days, wuth reattempt within every 3 days.
All Routine Serving requests will have First Attempt made within 5 Days Re-attempts will be done within 4 days per re-attempt.

Same Day Attempts are one attempt same day and every following attempt will be done every day after that up to 4 re-attempts.

For all page printing: it is $0.55 Per page for B&W. $0.80 per page for Color

Mileage fee of $0.64 per mile may be added to order depending on locations which is billed round trip per attempt

Affidavit of Service of $5.25 for Notary Stamp (we have an in-house Notary) Plus shipping fee's. No extra cost for email or fax.

Payment Policy

Prepayment Requirement: All payments must be made in full before service begins.

Invoicing: Invoicing is only available upon prior approval.

Approved invoices must be paid within 10 days from the invoice date.

A $25 late fee will be applied when an invoice is 10 days past due and will continue to be applied every 30 days from the due date until the invoice is paid in full.

Payment Methods & Discounts

Discounts:

A 3% discount will be applied to payments made via Check or Exact Cash.

All other payment methods are charged at full price.

Accepted Payment Methods:

All major credit and debit cards

Checks and E-checks

Check Return Fee: If a check is returned, a fee of either the bank’s charge plus $10 or $25 (whichever is greater) will be added to the invoice.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments: Once a job has started, all payments are non-refundable.

A job is considered started once paperwork has been printed and assigned to a server.

Refund Eligibility:

If paperwork has been printed, the printing fee is non-refundable, but the service fee may be refunded only if no server has accepted the job.

Invoicing Qualification Requirements

To qualify for invoicing, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Be an Attorney’s Office or a Process Serving Company.

No overdue invoices of 30 days or longer.

If you do not meet these criteria, prepayment is required before service begins.

A contract or estimate must be sent and approved prior to starting any job.

Normal Serving hours are 8 am to 9 pm

Serving from 9 pm to 8 am the rate will be double for a second server to go with for Safety.
We offer Sunday Serving for an additional $92 fee.

If willing to sign a Contract to do all of your serving needs I now offer contract pricing.
to be eligible for contract pricing you must be able to offer a monthly minimum of 75 orders to qualify.

There will be a mileage fee for cities west of Caldwell ID and East of Boise ID. Mileage will be billed round trip from Boise ID at $0.69 per mile.
