Service Terms & Policies Mileage: Base rates include the first 20 miles from Angleton, TX. $0.725 per mile (applied after the initial 20-mile radius from Angleton). Calculated as round-trip travel from our Angleton office. Please contact us for a specific travel quote for remote or rural areas Attempts: Each assignment includes up to 4 diligent attempts at varying times/days. Returns & Affidavits: Includes a Texas-compliant Return of Service. Electronic delivery and out-of-state notarization are provided at no additional cost. Address Updates: If the provided address is non-serviceable, a $45.00 re-attempt fee + mileage applies to the new location. Payment Terms New Clients: Pre-payment via credit card/Stripe is required to initiate service. Established Accounts: Net 30 terms available for verified law firms and repeat agencies.
