What’s included in service of process:
• 3 attempts at one address, typically at different times of days, including a weekend for individuals
• Service begins within 3 days in Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana; And 4-5 days in other states
• Notarized Affidavit or Proof of Service/ Return of Service/ Affirmation of Service
• Email updates at each attempt
• Free basic skip trace on bad addresses
• Mailing Proof of Service to you unless you’d like to save the planet and email only (please advise)
• Proper document destruction and data encryption at website
• Double sided printing (to save the planet) unless otherwise specified

SERVICE FEES:
Downtown Business: $65
Downtown Individual Service: $75
Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, Franklin, Cuyahoga, OH: $100
Kenton, Boone, Campbell County Kentucky: $100
Printing: $0.20/page
Other counties: based on location but typically around $100.
Affiliate and agreed upon rates may vary, please note in your instructions for service if quoted.

Additional Services upon request:
• Rush service - begins within 24 hours: $40
• Additional Person at the same address when Sub-service is allowed: $45
• Additional Person at the same address when sub-service is not allowed: $75-100
• Additional Address: Depends on the location but discounted
• Comprehensive skip trace: $95
• Surveillance: $95/hour

Prepayment is required:
• Prepay online with credit card - I will froward an invoice with the corresponding amount. If you receive an invoice that is different than a quoted amount, please email me and I will revise the invoice immediately
• Prepay by check: scan in copy prior to mailing the check
• No refunds after service and search have begun, except at the discretion of Ammann Process Servers, LLC

Refunds & Attempts. All sales are final once service attempts or searches have begun. Once attempts have been completed or exhausted, no further attempts are included under the original payment unless explicitly approved by Ammann Process Servers, LLC.

Proof of Service Materials. Photos and emails are for Proof of Service only and may be used in court if required. Unauthorized sharing for media, harassment, or defamation is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
