If you are a new client we will require pre-payment. Returning Clients will be invoiced on a regular basis as services are completed. All invoices are due and payable within NET 30. If you have any questions, please contact us upon receipt of each invoice(s). Please note that CPLR 2106 now explicitly states that an affirmation “may be used in an action in New York in place of and with the same force and effect as an affidavit.” The updated CPLR 2106 took effect on January 1, 2024, and applies to all actions pending on that date as well as any actions commenced thereafter. Effective August 1, 2024, if you wish to receive a notarized affidavit, please include your request for an affidavit with your service request. Our notary fee is $2.00 per affidavit. Please also note, we will only send original affirmations upon request moving forward.
