To submit a new job, please complete the form below. A new form will need to be completed for each defendant if there are more than 1 defendants to be served. Once submitted, we will contact you should we have any questions.

It is incumbent upon the submitter of the documents to provide the correct spelling of names, valid addresses, and include all PDF documents to be served, along with clear instructions. It is also incumbent on the submitter to know the court's rules where the documents originate for the type of documents to be served. (e.g. Personal service, substitute service, posting, mailing etc). You will receive a confirmation email that job information was received after documents have been reviewed. Rates shown are where the address of the defendant/respondent is being served in, not where the documents originate from. (Example: You're serving someone with an address in Waukesha County but the documents are for Milwaukee County Circuit Court -- You would select Waukesha County). While most jobs are covered per address/defendant under a flat rate; a balance may remain if additional charges apply (e.g. extra printing (50+ pages), additional addresses to be attempted, etc). We will invoice you for the additional charges accordingly, if applicable. Contact us to confirm if you think this may apply to you.

Up to three to four (3-4) attempts (number of attempts vary for extended areas) will be made on different days and times per address/per defendant unless otherwise specified. If you choose to provide your own Proof or Affidavit, please inform us in advance, otherwise a default Notarized Affidavit of Service (Or non-service) will be provided to you via email upon completion and mailed upon request. Unless otherwise agreed, the submitter is responsible for filing their own Affidavit(s) to the court.

No refunds. We are not responsible for typos or filing dates or bad addresses.
