*A separate request is required for each defendant to be served. Please provide accurate names, addresses, PDF documents, and service instructions. You are responsible for ensuring the information is correct and that the service method complies with the applicable court rules that the documents originate from. A confirmation email will be sent after your documents have been reviewed and prepared for service attempts.
*Rates are based on the county where the defendant is being served, not where the court case was filed. Most services are billed at a flat rate per defendant and address. Additional fees may apply for large document sets, multiple addresses, scheduled days/times, rush service, or other special requests. If the pages exceed 50 total, there may be a $.20 cents per page printing fee added.
*Routine service includes up to 3-4 attempts on different days and times and is generally completed within 5-7 business days. Rush service and address locates are also available for an additional fee.
*Upon completion, a Proof of Service will be returned to you via email (e.g. Declaration, Return of Service, Notarized Affidavit of Service (if applicable), unless you request to use your own form. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for filing all affidavits with the court. Hard-copy proofs are only mailed upon request.
*No refunds will be issued. WI Process is not responsible for incorrect information, typographical errors, bad addresses, or missed filing deadlines.
