PERMANENT SERVICE & HUB PRICING SCHEDULE (MARCH 2026): 1. Standard Service: $125.00 (1 address/1 entity. 3 attempts. 1st within 5 days.) 2. Rush Service: $205.00 (1 address/1 entity. 3 attempts. 1st within 24 hours.) 3. Same Day Service: $280.00 (1st attempt 2-4 hours. Subject to availability/weather.) 4. Stakeout Service: $120.00/hr (4-hour minimum. Billed hourly including wait time.) 5. Courier/Court Filing/Runner: $120.00/hr (Includes drive/wait time. Excludes court fees.) 6. Skip Tracing: $35.00 (Basic) or $100.00 (Comprehensive). 7. Registered Agent: $200.00/year. 8. Additional Fees: Notarized Affidavit ($45.00) | Printing ($0.65/pg) | DMV Photo Sourcing ($85.00). 9. Service Limits: Prices apply to single address/entity. Additional targets/addresses invoiced separately. Payment: After uploading, we will email you a Prepaid Invoice. This must be paid in advance. Paying by Check? Service does not start until the physical check is received. IDENTITY & PHOTO LIABILITY: – Photo ID Requirement: Specifically, the client agrees to provide a pictured ID of the subject. – Liability Waiver: If the client does not provide a pictured ID and declines to pay the $85.00 DMV Photo Sourcing fee, the client assumes ALL liability if the wrong person is served or if the subject misrepresents their identity. Lafayette Process Servers LLC shall be held harmless in these instances. BODY-CAM PROTOCOLS: – Footage Request: Client must explicitly request body-cam footage. There are NO guarantees that footage will be captured or available for every attempt due to technical or safety constraints. – Footage Fee: Client agrees to pay a supplemental fee of $120.00 for body-cam footage. This fee covers the tactical recording, data transfer, secure upload, and administrative time. MASTER LEGAL TERMS: – Article 1293: Specifically, for Louisiana jurisdictions, the client MUST obtain a Motion and Order appointing Lafayette Process Servers LLC or its Agents. – Finance Charges: A monthly finance charge of 23.72% applies to all balances over 30 days. – Non-Refundable: All fees are for the ATTEMPT. Bad addresses require a new fee. – Officer Safety: Client certifies disclosure of all known criminal history, violence, or weapons. – Jurisdiction: Governed by Louisiana law. Exclusive jurisdiction is Lafayette Parish, LA. TACTICAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER (ADDENDUM 2026): 1. Non-Est Returns: Specifically, a “Non-Est” (not found) return does not entitle the client to a refund. Our fee is earned upon the completion of the agreed-upon attempts and diligent search. 2. Mandatory Affidavit Review: The client agrees to thoroughly review every affidavit and return for errors immediately upon receipt. Consequently, Lafayette Process Servers LLC holds NO liability if the client submits an affidavit they failed to review; we are held harmless if a case is “squashed,” dismissed, or delayed due to uncorrected errors. 3. Trespass & Access: The client warrants that the service address provided is a legal location for service. We are held harmless for any claims of trespass while attempting service under CCP Art. 1293. 4. Independent Tactical Judgment: Our servers utilize independent judgment regarding safety. If a situation is deemed unsafe, service will be suspended; this does not constitute a failure of service. 5.
