Grievances with any of our servers are dealt with in the following
ways.
Any grievance should be reported to
grievances@processservers.com and should include all necessary
details and copies of any correspondences to the server.
ProcessServers.com with attempt to make
contact with the server via E-mail or phone in the event there is no
active email address.
ProcessServers.com will instruct the server
to respond to us and the person making the grievance within 24
hours.
If the process server fails to respond to our
requests, we will temporarily remove them from our website until
contact is made.
We will do our best to see that the situation
is resolved and will close the matter when the person making the
grievance is satisfied.
If the person making the grievance is not
satisfied, ProcessServers.com will make a decision based on all
information whether or not to keep the member active. The
benefit of any doubt will be given to our member.
All complaints will be placed in the file of
the member.
If the member receives three complaints
during the life of their membership, ProcessServers.com reserves the
right to permanently remove them from our website.
If the member fails to respond to
ProcessServers.com we reserve the right to permanently remove them
from our website.
If any member engages in any unprofessional
conduct, ProcessServers.com reserves the right to permanently remove
them from our website.
